
Ashlee Rhodes M.A., LPC, JSOCC, NCC

Ashlee Rhodes is a compassionate and experienced mental health professional dedicated to helping individuals of all ages navigate life’s challenges. With over a decade of experience in mental health, education, and forensic settings, she has worked extensively with children, adolescents, and adults facing developmental and intellectual disabilities, behavioral challenges, inappropriate sexualized behaviors, and severe mental illness.
Ashlee holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Agnes Scott College, a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Argosy University, and a Master of Arts in Forensic Psychology from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. She is certified as a Juvenile Sexual Offending Counselor and has advanced training in crisis intervention, trauma-informed care, and behavior management.
Her career has included diverse roles, from providing therapy in secure forensic facilities to coordinating residential programs and leading clinical teams. Most recently, she has
served as a Psychological Associate at Taylor Hardin Secure
Medical Facility and as Lead Therapist at Alabama Clinical Schools, where she developed individualized treatment plans, provided therapy for complex cases, and trained staff on trauma-informed care practices.
Ashlee’s approach to therapy is collaborative, client-centered, and grounded in evidence-based practices. She believes in creating a safe, respectful, and supportive environment where individuals can work toward healing and personal growth.
